Yes, there is a flat rate for laptop, computer, and phone repairs of $20; this is not an hourly rate. Most repairs are completed within an hour. If the repair takes longer, there will be an additional charge of $10. For liquid damage, keyboard, screen, hardware, and software issues, the cost is also $20 (for both Mac and PC). Please keep in mind that I do not carry any screens.

For house cleaning, phone, laptop, moving furniture, furniture assembly, and minor repairs or updates, all services can be provided for $120 for 7 hours of labor (essentially $17 per hour). The catch for this low price ($17/hr) is that I perform all cleaning and work in silence, allowing me to also manage my first call answering job while assisting you with cleaning, fixing, or moving. This arrangement enables me to earn from my primary job while you save money—effectively achieving a double benefit (1+1=2). If cleaning or fixing were my sole focus, I would need to charge you $50/hr. Therefore, to maintain the $17/hr rate, it’s essential to understand that I am able to perform both primary and secondary jobs simultaneously. I can clean, fix, and take calls all at once.
